Inside UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital at Mission Bay, Ronald McDonald House Bay Area provides a dedicated Family Room and in-hospital programming designed to help families stay close to the care their child needs — including our Feed the Love meal service, hospitality cart, quiet lounges, and curated family activities, all just steps from patient care. Trained Ronald McDonald House Bay Area staff and volunteers are by your side throughout the journey.
Families are welcome to enjoy quiet time close to their child. Inside the Ronald McDonald Family Room, families have FREE access to lounge space, computer and internet access, coffee bar, family activities, hygiene items, and more.

Families at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Mission Bay, including siblings, often wait long hours or even days without leaving the hospital or their child’s bedside. Our Hospitality Cart moves throughout the hospital offering refreshments and snacks, toiletries, and age-appropriate toys to patients, siblings, and their families.
