How it works:

  • Step 1 — Tell us about your vehicle: Fill out our quick online form or call 855-CARS-HELP (227-7435). Running or not, in any condition — as long as it’s towable and has an engine, we can likely take it.
  • Step 2 — Free pickup, scheduled for you: Our vehicle donation partner, CARS, arranges a licensed tow company to come to you, often scheduled on that same first call, always at no cost. No smog check, inspection, or safety certificate required.
  • Step 3 — Your gift becomes family support: CARS sells the vehicle and sends the proceeds to Ronald McDonald House Bay Area, usually within a few weeks. You’ll receive a donation receipt at pickup and a thank-you letter afterward that serves as your tax record.
